Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Once you’ve scheduled your session time, you will receive a booking confirmation with your sessions zoom link. Within 24-48 hours of booking, if you do not receive a Zoom link for your appointment date and time, please contact Haley at hbmediumship@gmail.com
Cancellation policies
Appointment rescheduling or cancellations may be completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment policies
Payment can be made via cash or e-transfer to hbmediumship@gmail.com.
Payment is due upon services rendered.
